The perfect duration is 3-6 months.

If more time is needed we recommend to decompose the project into several main tasks each of which should be also divided into certain stages. It lets you get some profit from the realized parts of the project before the whole project is finished.

There are two ways:

1)      You send us a preformed backlog of tasks. Our experts analyze it and offer you the first choice of the solution.

2)      Together with your professionals CMTC experts discuss current problems in workshop mode. Then we form backlog of tasks ourselves and pass it over to work.

By the system Fix Price.

We recommend it for medium-scale projects with clear work volume and strict deadline. CMTC experts make a suggestion for your project with the detailed list of tasks and work schedules. You only have to control the process of realization.

The payment schedule for agreements with fixed price depends on the stages and duration of work.

By the system “T&M”- the equivalent of a full working day.

This scheme is used for big dynamic projects meant to be possibly changed. You pay a daily wage-rate to each person working on the project. And you control the results and the team.

All invoices on those types of contracts are followed by project reports.

We keep close to contemporary approaches of responsive planning: Agile, Scrum. In most cases those methods can lead to more effective results than other approaches.

However, there are some projects where a classical model Waterfall is more preferable. We are ready to use it gradually coming from one stage to another without gaps and comebacks to previous stages.

First – we sign NDA. Then you give our experts an access to Big Data or information about it. Finally, CMTC prepares an offer on required solutions and on timing of realization the tasks.

Nowadays, the factors slowing down the start of work are the quality and structure of storage of huge volumes of information accumulated in companies.

We support three standard forms of cooperation:

1. Outsource or the formed team. You control the team who realizes the chosen solution turn-key.
2. Mixed product team. You delegate part of tasks from backlog to CTMC experts.
